FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I pay my fees?

Once you have decided on the class/es to register with click the register button. Once submitted, fees can either be paid via credit card or PayPal. Monthly Fees (if applicable) will be taken on your credit card.

What happens if I move away?

If you move away from the area and our studio can no longer reasonably be accessed by you, we will refund the remainder of your term fees. Please note: one month’s notice is required.

What if my child or I am injured and cannot attend classes?

Unfortunately, season fees are non-refundable in the case of injury. We welcome injured students to watch class so they can continue to learn.

What is the cancellation policy should I need to cancel?

We require one month’s notice for cancellations of Recreational Programs. Learn to Dance Programs, Camps, and Workshops are non-refundable. Please see the student handbook for full refund details.

Can I pay for a drop in classes?

We do not offer drop-in classes, however, we do offer paid trial classes.
