Liability Release: I hereby waive liability of any nature that may arise against Michelle Koricina, The Kore Dance Project Ltd., and any workers, volunteers, or employees in connection to the operation, management, and function of The Kore Dance Project Ltd. I acknowledge and understand the nature of physical activities, I understand accidents and/or physical injury may occur. I acknowledge that I could come into contact with germs and bacteria at dance class. I agree to participate at my own risk. I agree to indemnify and save harmless the above parties from and against all/any suits, actions, proceedings, demands, or claims that may be commenced against them by me for any harm, injury, costs, or damages whatsoever that have or may occur to me, or the participant registered or to any property or possession of mine or the participants now and in the future. I will not hold this studio as a whole or its staff liable for any personal injury, catastrophic injury or any personal property damage or loss, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes. Upon entering The Kore Dance Project Ltd. and their contract I grant permission to The Kore Dance Project Ltd. to use any fan mail, photographs, printing of names and/or videos for any advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes which will become the property of The Kore Dance Project Ltd.
